"USED CARS" automobilia replica signThis project was a lot of fun. An in-law of mine had this great memory of his father and him driving by this giant neon sign in their home town. He wanted to reproduce the sign as close as possible and present it as a retirement gift. It's a C&C routed aluminum panel, hand-painted and distressed with various science experiments – like spraying steel wool with a vinegar solution and burning your hands!

Casey BravesIn the fall of 2015, an existing client contacted me to re-brand his traveling baseball team. There are multiple age groups, and they had an existing color scheme and mascot. The marks needed to work across home and away jerseys in a screen-printed or embroidered medium, on caps, and on various fan and booster apparel. As an aside, the client had recently and tragically lost a child who was a member of the team, so I wanted to very subtly add a small memorial in the design. While researching native american symbolism after sketching out a feather idea, I found that different marks and cuts were utilized on feathers to communicate the history of the particular warrior or warriors. Of the two feathers used to create the "A" in the center of the logo, I added a cut and a single dot to show that a loved one or brother of theirs had fallen.Designs Unlimited, Inc © 2015

Teutopolis TerquasquicentennialThis picture represents the better part of 14 months of work. I worked on a committee to research, produce, typeset, and publish this compendium to the 175th anniversary celebration of the village of Teutopolis. It's truly a fascinating read and I am very, very proud of the finished piece. I am very thankful to be person who was tasked with packaging and marketing such history and so much hard work.
